Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Eastern Time (ET). We do not process orders, returns, exchanges, or customer service requests on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Messages and requests may be submitted at any time. In these policies, a business day means Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. ET means U.S. Eastern Time, which follows daylight saving time.

Information to include

For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a product question, include the product name. For a delivery or product problem, describe the issue so we can arrange the appropriate assistance. Do not include complete card details or security codes.

Returns exchanges and refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for either a defective or a non-defective item. After return authorization, send the item back within 14 calendar days. We accept defective and non-defective goods and allow direct exchanges. Contact us for a return form to download and print, a prepaid label, and the return address. Original packaging is not required, there is no restocking fee, and we pay return and exchange shipping.

We inspect returns promptly and issue the refund within 5 calendar days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need a further 3–10 business days to show the funds in your account. Our Returns and Refunds Policy also explains statutory withdrawal without prior approval.

Delivery enquiries

We deliver only to Poland. Standard shipping is free. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Order cutoff: 14:00 ET on business days. See our Shipping Policy.
