These terms govern use of edencorehome.com, operated by EDEN CORE LLC under the Eden Core Home brand. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You must have the legal capacity to place the order, or the consent required by law. Do not submit unlawful content, interfere with security, impersonate another person, or use the store for fraudulent transactions.

Product information

We describe products using their dimensions, materials, construction, and included contents. Scene accessories are not included unless expressly listed. Cushion covers are sold without filling or an insert unless the listing says otherwise. We are responsible for delivering products that conform to the description and contract.

If we identify a material error affecting an order, we contact you with the correction and offer a choice of proceeding on the agreed corrected basis or receiving a refund. We do not impose an increased price after purchase without your agreement.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in EUR. The checkout displays the total before payment. Accepted payment methods are Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. See our Terms of Sale for the order and contract process.

Delivery and after sales

We deliver only to Poland, with free standard shipping. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. The cutoff is 14:00 ET on a business day. In these policies, a business day means Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. ET means U.S. Eastern Time, which follows daylight saving time.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for either a defective or a non-defective item. After return authorization, send the item back within 14 calendar days. We accept direct exchanges and cover return and exchange shipping. Original packaging is not required and there is no restocking fee. We inspect returns promptly and issue the refund within 5 calendar days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need a further 3–10 business days to show the funds in your account.

Cancellation and changes

To request cancellation or an order or delivery-address change, contact support@edencorehome.com or +1 813 509 8521 before dispatch. We can process these requests only before the order has been dispatched. Dispatch does not remove your right to return goods or exercise statutory withdrawal.

Privacy and store content

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Store text, branding, and images may be used for personal shopping and order records. Commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Our responsibility

EDEN CORE LLC is responsible for the store, the sales contract, order fulfilment, delivery arrangements, after-sales service, and its obligations concerning personal information. We investigate problems and provide the remedies required by the contract and applicable law. These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights or impose an indemnity on customers for using the store.

Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory Polish and European Union consumer protections apply to purchases made by consumers in Poland. These terms do not require you to waive the courts or complaint routes available under applicable law. Contact us first so we can work to resolve the issue. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 calendar days.

Changes to these terms apply prospectively. The terms agreed when your order was placed continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. See our Legal Notice for company information.

Payment information

All charges are shown before payment. Standard shipping to Poland is free without a minimum order value. We do not add a payment-method surcharge. See our Payment Policy for accepted methods and payment support.
