These terms explain how to purchase products from Eden Core Home. The seller is EDEN CORE LLC. Orders are accepted for delivery to Poland only.

Products and prices
Product pages identify the item, dimensions, materials, construction, quantity supplied, and any options. Scene accessories are excluded unless expressly listed. Products delivered must conform to the agreed description.
All selling prices are in EUR. The displayed and checkout total includes applicable taxes and mandatory charges. Standard shipping within Poland is free. We cover import duties and clearance charges for the agreed delivery. The final total is shown before you submit payment; no unagreed additional charge is collected.
Payment methods
We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is authorised or collected through the selected method at checkout. We issue a payment and order confirmation by email.
Placing and accepting an order
Review the products, quantities, delivery address, and total at checkout. Submitting the payment-bearing order confirms your request to purchase those items. Our emailed order confirmation confirms acceptance of the order and the sales contract. You can retain the confirmation and these terms for your records.
If payment is unsuccessful, we explain how to complete the payment. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we contact you promptly to agree a replacement, amended order, or cancellation. Any cancellation by us results in a refund to the original payment method within 5 calendar days; your bank or payment provider may need a further 3–10 business days. We do not replace an item or increase a price without your agreement.
Order processing and delivery
The cutoff is 14:00 ET on business days. Orders after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. In these policies, a business day means Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. ET means U.S. Eastern Time, which follows daylight saving time.
We provide dispatch and tracking information by email. EDEN CORE LLC remains responsible for the goods until you or your named recipient takes physical possession. See our Shipping Policy.
Cancellation and order changes
To request cancellation or an order or delivery-address change, contact support@edencorehome.com or +1 813 509 8521 before dispatch. We can process these requests only before the order has been dispatched. After dispatch, the return and statutory withdrawal procedures remain available.
Returns exchanges and refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for either a defective or a non-defective item. After return authorization, send the item back within 14 calendar days. We accept both defective and non-defective goods. Direct exchanges are available, subject to confirming the replacement and any price difference with you. Original packaging is not required. We pay return and exchange shipping costs and do not charge a restocking fee.
We inspect returns promptly and issue the refund within 5 calendar days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need a further 3–10 business days to show the funds in your account. Mandatory consumer protections
The additional 30 day return offer does not reduce your 14 day statutory withdrawal right or the remedies available for non-conforming goods. For a statutory withdrawal, prior approval is not required and reimbursement is governed by the legal deadline described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
EDEN CORE LLC is generally liable to consumers in Poland for a lack of conformity revealed within two years of delivery. We provide the remedy required by applicable law and bear the necessary remedy costs.

EDEN CORE LLC remains responsible for fulfilment and after-sales obligations; we do not require you to seek a remedy from a carrier or manufacturer.

Payment information
All charges are shown before payment. Standard shipping to Poland is free without a minimum order value. We do not add a payment-method surcharge. See our Payment Policy for accepted methods and payment support.
