Currency and total price
All product prices and checkout payments are in EUR. Before you place the order, the checkout displays the products, quantities, applicable taxes, delivery charge, and final total. Selling prices include applicable taxes. Standard delivery to Poland is free without a minimum order value. EDEN CORE LLC covers import duties and clearance charges for the agreed delivery.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The checkout shows the methods available for the purchase and device being used.
We do not add a payment-method surcharge or an undisclosed handling charge to the order. The payment logos displayed in the footer and checkout correspond to the payment methods enabled by our store.
Payment and confirmation
Payment is authorised or collected through the method you choose at checkout. Review the total before completing the payment-bearing order. We email the order and payment confirmation. If a payment fails, contact us with your order or checkout details; do not send your complete card number or security code.
Payment security
The checkout uses encrypted HTTPS connections to protect information in transit. We receive payment status and limited transaction information needed for the order. We do not keep complete card numbers or security codes in our ordinary order records. See our Privacy Policy.
Refunds and price differences
We inspect returns promptly and issue the refund within 5 calendar days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need a further 3–10 business days to show the funds in your account. For a direct exchange, we confirm any price difference before proceeding. We refund a lower-price difference to the original payment method. We request your agreement before collecting a higher-price difference. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
